As a creator member, EWC participates in several IFRRO activities.

– European Group meetings.

– EWC was Member of the Public Lending Right International Steering Committee (appointed by the IFRRO Board) from 2014-2024. The PLR International Steering Committee operated under the support of IFRRO. In 2025, seven organisations from the international book sector jointly founded the official Association Public Lending Right International. EWC is part of the Board of Directors.
